Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Sleeklemon apparel. That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges. If something isn’t right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or within 45 days for an exchange or store credit. All returns, exchanges, and store credits are subject to approval.

A free prepaid return shipping label will be provided for your convenience.

Available Options

  • Refunds – Refunds to your original payment method are issued within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return at our warehouse. Eligible within 30 days from delivery.
  • Swap for a different size within 45 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed immediately. Orders ship via Standard Ground by default. For different colors or styles, please return the item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. Standard shipping rates may apply.
  • Store Credit – Receive your return value as a Sleeklemon digital gift card. Store credit is available immediately after your return is delivered at our warehouse and is valid for 45 days from the date of delivery toward any purchase.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our returns portal: Returns Portal
  2. Generate your free prepaid return label.
  3. Pack your items securely (use original packaging if possible).
  4. Attach the prepaid label to your package.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location within the allowed return window.
  6. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection. Store credit is issued immediately.

Important Notes

  • Return and exchange windows begin on the date your order is marked delivered.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchange Only items may be exchanged or returned for store credit but are not eligible for refunds.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Embroidered and customized items are non-returnable.

The Sleeklemon Promise

We guarantee every Sleeklemon piece is free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, we’ll gladly accept it for a refund or exchange that's the sleeklemon promise. Returns under this promise come with pre-paid shipping; just follow our return steps above. Once we receive your item, you’ll get a refund or replacement. Items must be new, unworn, with tags attached, and returned within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

All embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
